In an effort to offer continued learning to ABC’s Designing Leadership alumni, the Arts + Business Council (ABC) is offering additional individual workshops that dive deeper into leadership themes and topics. These workshops are FREE to Designing Leadership alumni and open to the public at a sliding scale rate.
Language matters. What is said and how it is said can impact how leaders show up. Being intentional about how to communicate – even when it might not be EXACTLY the perfect thing to say – can impact trust, influence and the confidence people have in others. Explore how some language can minimize effectiveness and how to replace it with language that builds trust and credibility.
