-Understand the dynamics of interpersonal communication
-Learn skills to be more confident in handling challenging situations and people
-Improve our understanding, skills and knowledge of conflict resolution

Dr. Steven Guerriero is the Dean of the School of Graduate Studies at Chestnut Hill College. He has worked in graduate higher education for the last twenty years, most recently as Vice President for Academic Affairs for Antioch University New England. Dr. Guerriero has taught at the master’s and doctoral level in the areas of organizational theory and behavior, research and evaluation, leadership, group dynamics and conflict resolution. He has over thirty years of leadership experience in private and nonprofit organizations and regularly consults in the area of organization and systems change with a specific focus on leadership, strategic capacity building and sustainable development. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards.
