Montco project offers capacity building training
Project ECO – Enhancing Community Organizations – offers free and customized technical assistance and capacity building training to help organizations in the areas of cultural competency, executive and leadership training, fundraising, board development, grantwriting, human resources, information technology, marketing and communications, outreach, self-assessment tools, staff training and strategic planning.
These organizational building blocks help position established social service agencies and smaller or newer community-based organizations to attract new funding, leverage existing resources and collaborate more effectively with other non-profit and governmental agencies.
