Homeless Memorial Day set for December 21st
This year’s recognition of Philadelphia Homeless Memorial Day will take place on Monday, December 21st from 4:30-5:30pm on Dilworth Plaza on the west side of Philadelphia City Hall.
The event remembers homeless and formerly homeless Philadelphians who died during 2009 and calls for a renewed commitment to end homelessness.
