PA Partnerships to convene dropout coalition
Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children has scheduled an initial meeting of a statewide coalition it is convening to advance public policies to re-engage young people who have dropped out of high school to educational options leading to high school and postsecondary or industry credentials.
PPC’s youth policy initiative, called PA Ready@21, is designed to advance a broad statewide public policy agenda to ensure Pennsylvania youth have the supports, education and skills needed to transition to productive adulthood – including those young people who have dropped out of high school before graduating.
