Invasive Species: The Good, the Bad and the Prolific
The Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center educators are offering a special day-long professional development workshop for environmental educators and 6-12th grade teachers. Find out why northern snakehead, zebra mussels, purple loosestrife, nutria, flathead catfish, knotweed and other invasive species have become a nuisance. Saturday, October 13, 2007, 10 am to 5 pm.
