Philadelphia’s Planning for Energy Efficient Buildings

The American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE), the nation’s premier energy efficiency planning organization, is conducting a comprehensive assessment of Pennsylvania’s energy conservation, efficiency and solar resources. Steve Nadel will present preliminary findings and recommendations of ACEEE’s study.  Dan Griffiths, Blondell Reynolds Brown, and Mark Alan Hughes will discuss recent legislation, financial incentives, and planning and program efforts underway to increase energy efficiency and the use of clean renewable energy in buildings in Philadelphia and across the state.
