Confronting the Neighborhood Impacts of Foreclosure
Monday, October 20, 2008, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
This capstone conference of the Federal Reserve System’s Recovery, Renewal, Rebuilding series of events on the impact of housing foreclosures on neighborhoods will be simulcast in the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Boehne auditorium.
Conference topics include:
• Effectively using and leveraging national resources for abandonment
• Navigating ownership and control of vacant property
• Creating a standard valuation model for vacant properties
• Models of vacant property disposition.
Please enter through the Bank’s Sixth Street entrance between Arch and Race streets. The Bank’s security procedures are similar to those at airports. Photo identification will be required for admission to the Bank.
