Learn how to identify, quantify and measure your program’s successes and shortcomings. In this workshop, you will be introduced to the basics of developing a logic model and identifying program outcomes. You will learn about tools for measuring and tracking progress toward outcomes and how best to utilize data for program improvement, reporting and fundraising.
