- Direct Supervision/Management throughout Internship
- Support/Direct Program Scheduling & Implementation
- Final Responsibility for Program Schedule & Execution
- Train on Company & Program Culture
- Summer Facilitation Prep:
- Classroom Management
- Various WGF Principles
- Leadership & Ethics
- Handling Multiple Responsibilities/Workflow Management
- Manage PYN WorkReady Process
- Contracts & Invoicing
- Oversee Fundraising & Revenue Generation
- Oversee Marketing & Outreach
- Oversee Alumni Engagement & Follow Up
Skills – Excellence in Excel- Writing and Phone Communications
Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Social Media
