Join us for our upcoming event during National Apprenticeship Week with Jobs for the Future and Next100, “Partnering with Service Year Pre-Apprenticeships to Diversify Talent Pipelines.” Our virtual session will take place on Wednesday, Nov 15, 2023, at noon (ET) and highlight how service year programs across the country can incorporate quality pre-apprenticeship curricula and how employers can leverage the service year network to recruit diverse young talent into their apprenticeship opportunities.
Service year programs attending the session will not only have a chance to learn more about how to advance workforce development and employer pathway strategies, but will also have the opportunity to hear directly from a service year program and their employer partner on how their partnership was formed and has grown over time.
