This 60-minute, live open-access session will bring together nonprofit leaders Trovon C. Williams, Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications at NAACP; Jennifer Roberti, Chief Marketing Officer at Save the Children US; and Chris Thomas, VP Nonprofit Engagement at Salesforce. Our speakers will discuss successful methods and technology tools they’ve used to enrich their organizations’ mission, helping to keep their work vibrant and relevant well into the future.
We’ll explore several key subjects, including: how to develop effective digital messaging; how CRM, AI, personalization, and automation can create a sense that there’s an evolving, dynamic mission to join; and what young and diverse audiences expect from brands and services when they participate in change-making. We’ll also talk about the challenges of internal mindsets and silos, and how they can be changed to bring the entire organization together in making digital a key pillar in an organizational strategy.
