Webinar: Confidence in Education’s Promise: Perspectives on Access and Barriers to Good Jobs – Nov 12
Posted by Strada Education Network on November 10, 2020
For six months, Public Viewpoint has provided insights into how COVID-19 is affecting the education, work, and lives of Americans. While beliefs about the value of education have never been more clearly tied to education’s ability to connect to “good jobs,” Americans are still facing critical barriers to their career goals. This week Strada Center for Education Consumer Insights will explore how Americans feel about navigating the world of work and whether they still believe education will lead to career success.
The nationally representative Public Viewpoint survey, with more than 20,000 responses collected between March 25 and Oct. 29, is intended to provide insights to the education and training providers, policymakers, employers, and individual Americans who are navigating the COVID-19 crisis.
Date and Time: Thursday, November 12, 2020, 2-3 p.m.
