The gap between high school and college can seem monumental, especially for historically underrepresented students. How can high schools, community-based organizations, and colleges better connect to provide students consistent support for postsecondary attainment? How can administrators, counselors, and college staff bridge the gap for students and help them transition to college successfully?
This session will offer key insights, a framework for establishing connections, and best practices that lead to improved attainment outcomes. Learn about the exciting work happening in Denver, and leave with resources to build your own bridges of support.
