While it is important to have a diverse representation of staff it is important to understand that diversity spans beyond just physical representation or identity groups. In this webinar, we’ll discuss how to create authentic engagement with staff and how to identify when we are merely seeking surface-level diversity. When agencies focus on creating diverse and equitable work environments agency advancement is bound to happen.
