Supervision of all areas of HR and compliance, including, but not limited to, HR Strategic Planning and Development, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Recruiting and Placement, Benefits, Compensation, FMLA, Workers Comp, UC, Staff Training & Development, HRIS, and Compliance. Reports to CEO. Bachelor’s degree plus five years’ experience in same level position required. Must have background working in union environment. E.O.E.
