Growing Team Coordinator, Martha’s Community Farm

Established in 2021 by Catholic Charities of Philadelphia, Martha’s Community Farm was born out of the rapidly rising need for fresh produce at the food pantry, and the desire to maximize opportunities and resources for our community. With the help of our network of volunteers, we have been able to build a Community Farm which cultivates thousands of pounds of fresh produce.
The Coordinator will, with Farm team, assist in executing all aspects of Community Farm. Acts as a steward for the Farm and organization at large with high productivity, teambuilding and collaboration to increase overall quality of Farm operations. Will lead all growing team operations and supervise volunteer groups daily to accomplish farm objectives.
The salary is $40,000/yr with full benefits (health, dental, vision and 403b) and generous paid time off package.
