We invite you to join us for an interactive, FREE virtual workshop called “If You Build It: Preparing Talent & Employers for Impactful Internships and More Inclusive Workplaces.”
The Opportunity Network invites you to explore internship readiness from two perspectives: (1) preparing young people for meaningful experiences and (2) supporting internship hosts to become more inclusive and diverse talent-ready workplaces. Through individual reflection, small group conversations, and a panel discussion to hear directly from OppNet students, participants will identify skills, activities, and trainings for young people and for employers that shift mindsets and practices, impacting interns’ short-term experiences and changing organizations’ culture and practices long-term.
