Nonprofit organizations’ work can take a variety of formal structures, ranging from affiliations and networks all the way to formal mergers. This spectrum of options, collectively called “sustained collaborations”, has become an increasingly important tool for amplifying impact and increasing organizational sustainability. Explore the different forms collaboration can take, when and why to consider opportunities, how to assess your organization’s readiness, and steps to begin exploring the process.
