This webinar is the first in a series, which will highlight the ways in which members of the Anchor Institutions Task Force’s Health Professionals Subgroup are bringing a social determinants of health lens to their community engagement. The webinar series follows the publication of a paper produced by the Subgroup, Value Added: Adopting a Social Determinants of Health Lens (https://www.margainc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/AITF-White-paper-on-SDOH.pdf). This webinar will feature the efforts of Nationwide Children’s and the University of Pennsylvania.
