Urban League of Philadelphia – $200 in Financial Assistance for Clients

The Urban League of Philadelphia is offering one-time $200 stipends to support Philadelphians hardest hit by the economic impacts of COVID19. The monies can be used for rent, mortgage, utilities, groceries or any other basic living expense.
The funds will be issued to the participant once they have completed budget and credit counseling.
