Understanding Student Experience in The Pandemic Era – May 19
Posted by National College Attainment Network on May 12, 2020
Tues, May 19, 2020 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM EDT
College Advising Corps (CAC) works to increase the number of low-income, first-generation college, and underrepresented high school students who enter and complete higher education. To serve students best, CAC believes advisers must have good data, and to have good data, need to know their students. During this webinar, participants will learn how to utilize student surveys as a tool to collect data about how students experience college advising, in order to effectively meet student needs given the challenges emerging from the Covid-19 pandemic. CAC’s research and evaluation team will be joined by a current adviser to share best practices and lessons learned from designing surveys for juniors and seniors, and conducting these surveys using online tools.
