Survey for Parents and Guardians of Children in Grs. K-6: Observations of the Health of Children during the Pandemic
Posted by Fiesta Schoolyards on February 2, 2021
Fiesta Schoolyards, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming 100 schoolyards in Philadelphia over 10 years has an important new survey. The survey is directed to parents and guardians of children in grades K-6, and asks their observations of the health of children in their care during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Direct observations from parents and guardians will provide essential input to decision-makers, advocates and legislators. Would you kindly consider sharing this survey to your listserv, social media and/or newsletter? The survey should take no more than 5 minutes for a participant to complete and the responses will be confidential and anonymous.
Nonprofits that distribute our survey to their listserv, social media or newsletter are eligible for a raffle for a $100 Amazon gift card. Just send us a link to your posting. Individual survey respondents will also have the option to enter into a separate raffle to win a $50 Amazon gift card.
Please feel free to share this survey with colleagues or any advocates who you think may find this research valuable. We are more than happy to send a summary of our results to you if you are interested.
