Survey for Delaware Valley Nonprofit Leaders
Posted by Fairmount Ventures on December 15, 2014
Do Philadelphia area nonprofits need another voice? Take the survey by January 15.
A group of nonprofit leaders with the support of The Philadelphia Foundation are evaluating whether to form a new organization to advance and advocate the interests of the nonprofit sector. This new entity, the Delaware Valley Nonprofit Partnership (DVNP), would be modeled after a successful group in Pittsburgh that has over 400 member organizations and is able to speak for and engage the entire nonprofit sector in ways that complement but transcend the important work of issue-specific organizations. A preliminary analysis in this region indicated that there is interest if DVNP can clearly demonstrate its value proposition in dollars and cents.
Hence, DVNP developed a survey to test ideas heard from a cross section of nonprofit leaders. Nonprofit leaders are requested to complete the survey, and forward it to others.
The survey will be open until January 15, 2015.
The survey can be accessed here.
