Reskilling and Changing Careers in the Midst of COVID-19 – Jun 24
Posted by Strada Education Network on June 23, 2020
Wednesday, June 24, 2-3 p.m. EDT
Amid the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, including what comes next and what jobs still will be available in the new economy, many Americans are reconsidering their career paths. Will our economy shift toward more skilled labor like it did in response to the 2008 recession? Are Americans looking to shift into fields with expected growth? Are learning providers building and expanding the programs Americans want and need?
In this week’s webinar, Strada researchers and expert guest panelists will explore the perspectives of Americans looking to make a change—what fields they work in, where they want to go, and why.
Join us from 2 to 3 p.m. EDT Wednesday, June 24, for a discussion about the latest Strada Public Viewpoint findings. Over the last two months, Strada has surveyed more than 11,000 Americans to gain first-hand insight into the impact of the pandemic on individuals’ lives, work, and education.
