Help Philly’s youngest readers in just 5 minutes! Answer a few questions about after school programs to help grow stronger readers citywide. And get entered to win a $100 gift card to Bookshop.org.

Read by 4th is asking families and after school providers about the kinds of after school programs that help children with reading. The reason is simple: we’re always looking for new ways to support Philly’s youngest readers and want to hear from you about what’s available, what’s working, what you like, and you’d like to see more of. In the next few months, we’ll be sharing what we’ve learned with local providers and on a blog you’ll be able to read on readby4th.org.

The survey should take about 5 minutes. As a thank you for your time, you’ll be invited to enter a participation raffle to win a $100 gift card to Bookshop.org! The raffle deadline is noon on Monday, June 14th.
