Renowned feminist scholar Catharine MacKinnon will be in conversation with Lubna Mian (L ’97, Adjunct Professor of Law) about her most recent book Butterfly Politics, which touches on a lifetime of her far-ranging work for women. Professor MacKinnon will discuss the Me Too movement, sexual harassment, free speech and pornography, the academy, the practice of law, and the power of individuals and scholarship to shape the world. Co-sponsored by the Office of the Provost and Penn Law School, this event is part of Toll Public Interest Week.
