Philadelphia Rental Assistance Phase 4

Through the PHLRentAssist program, the City of Philadelphia offers emergency rental assistance to help tenants and landlords who have been impacted by COVID-19.

Phase 4 of the rental assistance program is not yet taking applications. However, landlords can pre-register now. Pre-registering will speed up the process once applications open. The application will be open by the end of March.
Please note: THE PROGRAM IS NOT OPEN FOR TENANTS AT THIS TIME.
