Philadelphia Corporation for Aging Seeks: SENIOR COMPANION PROGRAM (SCP) MANAGER
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Health and Nutrition Services, the SCP Manager is responsible for the development, day-to-day management and evaluation of the Senior Companion Program. The SCP Manager works with a network of Volunteer Stations and with the SCP Advisory Council to carry out the program according to the rules and regulations of the Corporation for National Service and PCA.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master?s Degree in Social Work, Planning or a related behavioral science. Three years experience in direct service, supervision or management in the field of social services or aging. Experience in program development, training and volunteer development is desired. A valid driver?s license is required.
