Coordinate and implement Sports, Fitness and Health programs, including Cross-Grade Sports (CGS), Penn-West Philadelphia Basketball League (PWBL), Young Quakers Community Athletics (YQCA), school day health and PE supports, school day and after school socialized recess support, and other school day, after school and summer initiatives. A qualifying priority is the ability to engage and educate UACS K-12 and Penn students in athletic and academic settings. This program offers unique leadership and partnership opportunities for students from K-16+, including Penn student-athletes, K-12 student-athletes, and high school students who lead sports and fitness activities for K-8 students(cross-grade activities). Members of Penn teams teach athletic skills, teamwork, and leadership skills while providing mentorship and academic support. Programs involve a combination of Penn D1 student-athletes and coaches, Penn faculty and students, Netter Center staff, K12 students and their parents/guardians, and UACS principals and teachers.  This position requires physical movement and play with K-12 and Penn students.
