People, Possibilities, Practice: Designing a Better Future for Workers – Oct 18
Posted by Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia on October 17, 2023
How can we ensure that employers get the talent they need, remove barriers to entry into the job market, and grow quality jobs that provide economic mobility for workers and strengthen our region?
Join us on Wednesday, October 18, at 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia as we explore these questions and ways to design a better workforce system in the Greater Philadelphia area. This event brings together business leaders, policymakers, workforce practitioners, and workers to design solutions with workers in mind.
This session will build on research from the Federal Reserve System’s Worker Voices Project, and you’ll hear about new research on job quality and improving talent access. Join us to hear from regional and national leaders and share your thoughts about building a better future for workers.
