Participate in Survey: Professional Development Research Study – Apr 29
Posted by Philadelphia Education Fund on April 13, 2021
We hope you will assist us with a professional development research project, and take 10-15 minutes to complete this survey.
We are conducting a study that seeks to answer this question: What types of professional development contribute to the critical skillsets of education professionals? This study will combine literature reviews, an online survey, and interviews and focus groups. By answering this research question, we hypothesize that:
* Professional development providers, program administrators, and PD participants will better understand how PD experiences contribute to education-related workplace skillsets.
* Professional development providers, program administrators, and PD participants will be able to identify and utilize specific PD activities to cultivate specific education-related skillsets.
This survey is open to anyone who considers themselves part of the education field (not just STEM). This includes classroom teachers, informal educators, program administrators, higher education faculty, researchers and evaluators, curriculum developers, etc. Feel free to share this email and survey with others.
Please complete this survey by Friday, April 29, 2021.
