Office of Community Empowerment & Opportunity: Survey On Court Fines & Fees
Posted by City of Philadelphia Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity on October 13, 2020
The City of Philadelphia is surveying residents to understand the impact of criminal court fines/fees and prison fees.
If you are a Philadelphia resident who has been convicted or incarcerated, or the loved one of someone who has been convicted or incarcerated, we would like to hear from you. All responses will be kept confidential.
This survey is part of the City’s effort to develop solutions to reform fines and fees. It is part of a growing national movement to examine financial penalties that have an unequal impact on people of color and people living on low incomes.
