Nonpartisan Democratic Engagement on Campus: 2022 Action Plan Reviewer Sign-up – Jan 5
Posted by ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge on November 30, 2021
In order to increase nonpartisan democratic engagement on college and university campuses, planning needs to be intentional and activities must be documented. One promising way in which this can be accomplished is through action planning. Action planning is a process that helps campus administrators, faculty, students, and community members focus ideas and decide what steps need to be taken to achieve institutional goals related to democratic engagement.
In 2020, campus contacts who reviewed action plans shared that it helped them gain additional ideas for their campus. If you’re interested in reviewing action plans for 2022 you can sign up here.
We’re also hosting a conversation to learn more about the action planning process and how to effectively review an action plan using the Strengthening American Democracy Action Planning Guide Rubric on January 5, 2022, 2:00 PM. Register here.
