Penn’s Village is a nonprofit organization that helps older adults in central Philadelphia stay active, independent, and connected to their community. We rely heavily on a dedicated network of volunteers to provide direct services to members and to support administrative operations.

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and people-centered individual to serve as our Volunteer and Services Coordinator. This key position ensures that Penn’s Village members are matched with qualified, caring volunteers and that those volunteers feel supported, trained, and prepared in their roles.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in social work, nursing, gerontology, public health, or a related human services field. It may also be a great fit for a retired professional looking to stay engaged in meaningful work, or for someone reentering the workforce after time away, such as caregiving or stay-at-home parenting.

The successful candidate will be mission-driven, detail-oriented, and energized by building relationships across generations and backgrounds.
