OSTRC Workshop: Making Staff Competencies Work for You
By now you may have heard about Staff Competencies for Afterschool and Youth Development Professionals. In this workshop we will talk about how you can use different sets of competencies to hire, assess and motivate staff. The workshop will also provide information on how other U.S. cities are using staff competencies to inform their practice.
