Learn About & Provide Input on Proposed New Youth Service AmeriCorps Program – Aug 16 or Sep 14

Youth Service America received an AmeriCorps State & National American Rescue Plan Planning Grant to design a new, nation-wide AmeriCorps program focused on expanding opportunities and reducing barriers to youth volunteering & service, civic education & engagement, and joining & leadership development.
Our goal is to place AmeriCorps members with statewide, regional, citywide, or school district-wide partners starting with the 2024-2025 academic year. We will open an application for partners interested in serving as host sites in August 2023.
We welcome you to help us plan this new AmeriCorps program and to join us for one of two Information & Input sessions on Wednesday, August 16 or Thursday, September 14 at 4:00pm Eastern.
