The Journal for Civic Engagement is dedicated to growing and strengthening the discussion around service-learning, which connects the academic curriculum to service and civic engagement in communities, both locally and globally. The Journal offers research and theories, strategies, and tips and techniques to readers. It is dedicated to disseminating research-based and practical information to service-learning practitioners, coordinators, and administrators.
CALL FOR ARTICLES: For number 2, volume 1, The Journal for Civic Engagement. Next issue theme: Geographic Perspectives on Service-Learning and Civic Responsibility. Completed articles must be submitted for consideration by October 15th, 2003
