Call for Proposals: 3rd Annual Empowering Nonprofits Conference – Oct 23

Posted by Temple University on October 6, 2026

We are excited to share that our call for proposals is officially open for the third annual Empowering Nonprofits Conference, being held Thursday, April 8, 2027, at Temple Ambler.

This year’s theme is Stronger Together, and we’re looking for engaging, practical sessions that bring ideas, tools and perspectives to life.

We’re especially interested in presentations that give attendees something they can take back to their organizations and put into practice – whether that’s a tool, process, template, strategy or approach that has worked for you.  More information about our theme and suggested topics are on the CFP page.

Kicking off the day is a fireside chat between Phillip Fitzgerald, Chief Impact Officer at the Philadelphia Foundation, and David W. Brown, Executive Director of Temple’s new Office of Community Impact and Civic Engagement. A powerful way to start the day.

Proposals are due October 23, 2026.
