Engage in collective learning and build shared resources, skills, and knowledge to use in your practice.
We’re seeking applicants for ten unique Communities of Practice (CoPs) offered in association with the Community Engagement Professional Credentialing Program.
Campus Compact CoPs are designed to allow community engagement professionals to engage in collective learning about key competencies related to their work. Through discussions, joint activities, and relationship building, participants will develop a shared repertoire of resources, skills, and knowledge to use in their practice.
This round of CoPs will run January-April and cover several competency areas:
- Community Engagement Fundamentals
- Community-Engaged Learning and Teaching
- Community Partnerships
- Engaged Research
- Institutionalizing Engagement
- Supporting Engaged Faculty Development
CoP participants will commit to attending six regularly-scheduled 90-minute virtual group sessions from late-January to mid-April 2021. (Scheduled meeting times for each group can be found on our CoP webpage.)
There is no fee to participate in the CoP. Preference is given to individuals affiliated with Campus Compact member institutions.
Applications are due Monday, January 18, 2021.
