Intake and Services Coordinator
Provide direct service link for legal center clients to external resources necessary to establish safety in leaving a domestic violence situation; Provide liaison to clients or potential clients by providing intake, information, legal options, referral and follow-up service; and recruit, mentor and supervise pro bono legal professionals, assistants, and volunteers to provide support in representing our clients.

Qualifications:
• A Masters of Social Work
• 3 years experience in direct service and/or advocacy is required.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Some experience in working on domestic violence issues is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources
• Present good-listening and proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to organize time and detail, including keeping of records, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population is required.
• Completion of the 40-hour Domestic Training Class is required (pre or post hire)
• Bilingualism, Spanish/English is strongly preferred
• Pass criminal record and child abuse clearances

Hours: 40 hours per week with core hours from 9 am to 5pm weekdays (specific schedule TBD).
Salary: commensurate with experience as well as a generous full benefits package.
