CultureWorks is hiring a Fiscal Sponsorship Manager, Operations & Community Engagement to support the 90+ cultural, heritage, and community-focused projects that call CultureWorks home. This relationship-centered role combines nonprofit operations, project coordination, bookkeeping, compliance, and community engagement.

This role works in close collaboration with CultureWorks’ existing Fiscal Sponsorship Manager and broader staff team to ensure projects receive timely, accurate, relationship-centered support throughout their lifecycle within the organization. The Fiscal Sponsorship Manager, Operations & Community Engagement will help lead onboarding and offboarding processes for fiscally sponsored projects, maintain strong in-person relationships with project directors, support internal operational systems and communications platforms (including Notion), and will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of projects.

We’re seeking a highly organized, technologically fluent collaborator with at least five years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Philadelphia’s cultural and nonprofit landscape.
