Executive Director, Summit Children’s Program

Summit Children’s Program, a NAEYC accredited child care center, in West Mount Airy, is seeking an Executive Director to manage day-to-day operations, maintain a fiscally sound program, supervise personnel, and provide a developmentally appropriate environment for children. Summit Children’s Program has toddler, preschool, and pre-K classes, a before/after school program, as well as a school-age summer camp. The center is governed by a parent board of directors. Requirements for the position include a MA or BA in Early Childhood Education and five years supervisory experience. Knowledge of/experience with NAEYC accreditation is a plus.
