Princeton AlumniCorps’ Emerging Leaders program empowers aspiring civic leaders to develop the leadership capabilities, management skills, and confidence that will advance their professional contributions and accelerate their careers. With a core focus on personal growth, the program offers tangible, near-term benefits for participants and their employers while supporting their long-term leadership development.
The program features:
- Facilitated training sessions
- One-on-one professional coaching
- Hard & soft skill development
- Networking opportunities within and beyond the fellowship
- Peer-group learning
- Experiential activities
- Emotional intelligence (EQ) development
- Personalized leadership assessments
- Panels with experts and executive directors
- On-the-job assignments (aka ‘stretch projects’)
