Seeking Participants: Research Study on the Effects of Higher Education Policy on Black Women in Senior Leadership Positions

Keanna Cash, M.Ed., Education Policy, Ph.D. Equity & Justice Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh is looking to interview Black women in senior leadership roles at the level of department director or higher. Both administrators and faculty in leadership roles are encouraged to participate.
What Participation Involves:
- A primary interview lasting 60-90 minutes.
- An optional follow-up interview lasting 30-60 minutes.
- Interviews can be conducted virtually.
- With your consent, interviews will be recorded, but participation is still possible without audio recording.
