Durable CDCs Conference will be Jan. 14 in Philadelphia. Sponsored by Philadelphia LISC, Fannie Mae Foundation, Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, and the City of Philadelphia Office of Housing and Community Development, speakers and panelists will discuss: the challenges of leadership succession; sustaining durability for CDCs in a relationship with a parent corporation; and managing growth.
