Financial need should never limit a student’s aspirations! To that end, the College Board has made the PSAT-Related Assessments a platform for delivering opportunity. The College Board maintains several partnerships with national scholarship providers to improve college access for underrepresented students. In this session, the College Board, the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, and TheDream.US will outline the structure of their data-informed collaboration, and how it has affected scholarship outreach to, and increased opportunities for Latino students. Gain insight into challenges facing Latino students, including DREAMers, and ways to address these issues. Learn what these scholarship providers look for in a successful scholarship candidate and the role you can play to help connect Latino students to the opportunities available to them.
