Campus Compact Education for Democracy – What resources can help us develop a plan of action? – Mar 25
Posted by Campus Compact on March 17, 2020
Campus Compact is pleased to present a series of virtual resource exchanges on college student political participation. This six-part series is presented as part of Campus Compact’s Education for Democracy initiative, preparing students for active and effective participation in public life. Each virtual resource exchange will feature a panel of experienced practitioners who will share best practices and resources and moderate an open exchange with participants.
This session will feature resources from the Students Learn Students Vote (SLSV) coalition including the LEAP checklist and the Strengthening American Democracy action planning guide. This session will also feature its impact on the voter engagement efforts at Piedmont Virginia Community College.
These exchanges are being offered free of charge, but all participants must register in advance to receive an access link.
