Call for Applications: Graduate Student Research Grants – Nov 20

Posted by International Association for Research on Service-Learning and Community Engagement on November 3, 2026

For over 25 years, the International Association for Research on Service Learning and Community Engagement (IARSLCE) has promoted the development and dissemination of service-learning and community engagement (SLCE) research internationally. As we approach the 20th anniversary of our Graduate Student Network (Grad SN), we are deepening our commitment to emerging scholars through the Global Research Scholars Grant program.

Current graduate students may apply for awards ranging from 300 to 1,000 USD. These grants are designed to support high-quality, trans-disciplinary research that aligns with the Global Research Agenda. We especially welcome proposals that focus on inclusion and equity, center critical inquiry, community-engaged methodologies, and co-design practices with community partners. In addition to financial support, recipients will be connected with an international network of scholars committed to publicly engaged research.

The deadline to apply is November 20th.
