Bryn Mawr College is actively seeking a professional to work closely with the Executive Director of the Alumnae Association. This position holds leadership responsibility for several programs, primarily the Volunteer Leadership Development program. Primary responsibility is to recruit, train, recognize, and retain alumnae volunteers for the Association and the College. Experience in a staffing capacity is a significant plus as is having worked with volunteers. Bachelor’s degree required.
